1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Steady Hand Tattoo. These terms apply to all services provided within our studio and interactions through our digital platforms. By securing an appointment or using our services, you formally agree to adhere to these studio policies.

2. Age and Identification

We strictly enforce legal age requirements for all body modification services.

• Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo.
• A valid, government-issued photo identification must be presented at the start of your session.
• We do not accept parental consent for minors under any circumstances.

3. Deposits and Cancellations

To respect our artists' time and schedule, all bookings require a deposit.

• Deposits are entirely non-refundable and are deducted from the final cost of your completed tattoo.
• We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment without losing your deposit.
• Failing to show up for your scheduled session will result in immediate forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Health and Studio Safety

Your well-being is our top priority. We operate in a sterile environment and adhere to strict hygiene protocols.

• Clients must fully disclose any existing medical conditions, allergies, or medications that might affect the healing process.
• Do not consume alcohol or blood-thinning substances prior to your appointment.
• Our artists reserve the absolute right to refuse service if they assess that proceeding would be unsafe or compromise the quality of the tattoo.

5. Custom Designs and Artwork

Our artists take pride in creating custom pieces tailored to your vision.

• All custom drawings and flash designs remain the intellectual property of the artist.
• Minor adjustments can be made on the day of the appointment.
• Complete changes in concept or total redesigns after the initial consultation may require a new booking and an additional deposit.
